E.ON power plant Maasvlakte

In 2008 E.ON Benelux started the construction of one of the most modern Coal Power Plants in the world; the Maasvlakte Power Plant 3. This plant has a power generating return of 46%, which is remarkebly high.
Since 1988 E.ON is present with power plants in the Maasvlakte area. The MPP3-plant will contribute to meet Dutch demand for electricity.
The main contractor ‘Bouwcombinatie EBBM’ is a joint venture of the contractors Zueblin, Dywidag and TBI Bouw. We feel proud to take part in this project with several founadtion activities.
