Corporate social responsibiliy

Efficiency is a condition for the continuity of our organization. We also attach value to corporate social responsibility. Accordingly, the following are key aspects of our conduct.

    Integrity:     with the TBI code of conduct as a guideline. The standards and values must be identifiable in, and appropriate to, everyday business dealings. Our employees are expected to handle the trust placed in them expertly and professionally.
  • Working conditions: we aim to be a respected and reliable employer and we provide our employees with a safe workplace, good working conditions and career development opportunities.
  • Construction site safety: we aim for construction site safety for ourselves, our fellow contractors and clients. We also strive to limit damage and injury of all kinds in the immediate surroundings of a construction site.
  • Product safety: our designs, products and constructions comply with current standards and design guidelines.
  • Responsibility for the environment: we endeavour in our operational processes and through new investments to limit the burden on surrounding areas and the environment. Download our Dutch CO2 aware certificate.
  • Contribution to education: we wish to contribute to the quality of construction-related education. We work with various educational institutions to provide final project facilities and work placements.
